Club 808 is a 501 C3 charity organization for Chinese and Asian golf community in Seattle area. 2022 is 14th a year from the establishment of club 808. In these 14 years, club 808 have grown tremendously not only by the number of members, but also the golf skills of the members, relations with clubs of other states and Canada, relations with other Asian golf clubs in Seattle area. In the more than 160 members, there are more than 30 single digit handicap players. Club 808 members are not only made of Chinese, but also some Koreans, or even non-Asian members. Many Club 808 members are also members of private country clubs in the area. The influence and the impact of club 808 also grew hugely, at the same time it is more formal. Club 808 added the junior program for the next generation who play golf. Every year, club 0808 will honor prizes for the juniors who performed well in the WJGA tournaments. Club 808 is affiliated with the Pacific Northwest Golf Association. All our golf games follow USGA rules. The 2022 UPS club 808 open is a big event for the Pacific Northwest Asian golf community, we invite Asian golf communities in the area, and other clubs from California and Canada. This is not only sports competition at a very high level and standard, but also a fundraising for the junior golf programs. It will raise funds to sponsor more programs for the next generations of the Asian golf community.
808高尔夫俱乐部是西雅图华人高尔夫的一个501C3慈善组织，2022年是808高尔夫俱乐部成立的14个年头，这14年中，808无论是从会员人数，会员的高尔夫球水平，与其他州和加拿大球队的联谊，与西雅图其他亚裔球队的关系和队际比赛，都有了非常长足的进步。在160名会员中，有30多人的单差点，很多会员同时也是西雅图附近私人球会的会员。不光中国人，还有韩国人甚至非亚裔的会员。808的影响越来越大，也越来越正规，808加入了青少年的program，每年还为在WJGA青少年比赛中胜出的选手颁发奖金。808也加入了美西北高尔夫联盟(PNW PGA)，隶属于PGA，并在808的所有比赛中遵守PGA规则。 一年一度的808公开赛，是整个美西北地区华裔高尔夫球的一场盛事，甚至也是亚裔高尔夫的盛事。我们不光邀请西雅图的亚裔高尔夫社区，甚至包括加州和加拿大的华裔球队参赛。这场比赛不光是一场高尔夫高水平的竞技，同时也为808青少年活动基金进行募款，为我们亚裔下一代进行高尔夫项目提供便利和帮助。
青少年活动项目基金的主旨是提高Golf项目在周边社区Junior中的普及度，激发Junior参加各项Golf活动的兴趣，提高球技，鼓励Junior球手参加各类Golf比赛，并奖励各类晋级球手。具体有以下几方面的用途：
1. 开展Junior夏令营活动； 2. 对通过各级选拔赛，最后进入WJGA区级赛，州级赛，进行奖励包括奖学金； 3. 提供专业教练对Junior球手进行教学；
