808 Awards
Annual Awards:
The goal club 808 is to help club member play better golf. We will give out BIG awards, which can be a driver, a putter, an iron, a wood, a hybrid or any combination or others, toward at year end to celebrate and awards those members that are dedicated to the growth of club 808, to those who has generously contributed time and energy and helped others. The award recipients will be announced at the beginning of each year when new management team take office.
The awards are based on point systems. Members earn points during the year when they organize weekend social games and introduce new members etc. All the rules and how the points are calculated are based on the information through our websites. The detailed rules are listed below.

８０８球会的宗旨是帮助会员提高球艺，今年我们球会在奖励系统上有重大改变! 奖励的范围有可能是 开球杆,推杆, 铁杆, 木杆, 混合杆或其他或组合. 在年度结尾，我们会给那些帮助球会成长，无私奉献时间和精力并帮助其它人的会员给与大奖励。获奖者将在下一年初新一任管理团队换届时公布。这些奖项的产生通过积分的方式进行，会员通过参加球会的活动，组织球赛和吸引新会员的方式获得积分。积分和奖励的办法在网站上公布，详细规则如下：

Contribution can be of three ways:
对于球会的贡献可以有以下几种形式：
1. Organizing club events and Uploading Score Cards
Members have privilege and are encouraged to organized weekend social game through our club website. Which is a rather flexible and convenient tool to strengthen the ties among club members. It is great fun to play and compete against our fellow members. The only caveat is the scheduled Tee time should avoid official club activities. Sometimes duplicate schedule is OK, but we don’t encourage register 3rd event on the same day during weekend.
One who organize weekend social with 12 and more players will earn 3 points
One who organize weekend social with 8 and more players will earn 2 points
One who organize weekend social with 4 and more players will earn 1 point
Uploaded the final score will earn 1 point
１、组织俱乐部的活动和上传成绩
会员可以通过我们球会的网站组织周末的球赛，球会鼓励我们的球员通过网站组织球赛，并提供了非常灵活和方便的工具。只有我们的球员有这个权限。和其它球会的队员打球是一个很愉快的事情。球员创建活动的时候有可能会产生冲突，如在同一天有多个活动，我们希望会员组织的活动不要与球会的正式活动冲突，也不鼓励在同一天组织２个以上的活动。
组织１２会员以上的活动可以获得３点积分
组织8会员以上的活动可以获２点积分
组织4会员以上的活动可以获２点积分
上传成绩一次可以获1点积分
2. Attend weekly or monthly driving range lessons as coach
To help new comers and fellow club players to improve golf skills, operation team will organize regular practice session at appointed driving range or golf courses. Players with low handicap are welcome to sign up in our website as coaches for these two hour sessions. All the signed up coaches will get 2 points
２、以教练的身份参加俱乐部每周的练球活动
为了帮助新会员提高球艺，球会会定期组织在特定高尔夫练习场或球场的练习活动，一般每次两个小时，我们欢迎低差点球员注册成为教练，并交流球技，所有的教练获得２点积分。
3. Play in the welcome New member tournament
This year, we are going to have welcome golf events for the new club members. These new comers are likely beginners and need to be helped with members with lower handicap, those old members who signed up in this tournament will get 4 points.
３、参加迎新球赛
从今年开始，我们在春季会专门为新会员组织迎新球赛。由于新会员大部分是新人，需要低差点的会员给与帮助，所有参加迎新赛的老会员获得４点的积分。
Best Club Promotion(球会扩大奖)：
Our club, like all other organizations, need to be promoted. The promotion include increase the impact of our club and the size of our club. This will improve our club in many aspects. With more members in our club, we can get better deals from golf courses and golf shops for our members. We will have more fun and learn from each other. We can achieve greater success when our club grows.
We have all levels of players in our club now. Single digit player are our top assets, their experience and skills are precious for our club. Handicap 10 – 18 are our foundations, they are the essential group that contributes energy, attraction to our club. Handicap 19 – 28 are our important backup force, they are dedicated and improve fast. Handicap above 28 are our future, these new comers are our fresh blood. Remember, with the help and competition in our club, we are seeing more people drop to single handicap and 10 – 18 handicap.
Enlarge our club should be considered a very important task for every member. When you practice in driving range and play 18 holes, reach out to Chinese and introduce our club 808. When other people are interested in starting this sports, introduce them to our club. A new member is considered to be officially registered on if this applicant complete, sign the Membership Application Form and pay the membership fee. Referral member has responsibility to help new member to complete the registration process stated above.

Most Improvement Award（最佳进步奖）：
The player should actively participated in our club tournament and weekend social games. Note that our website need a few games to calculate the handicap. Starting handicap need to be established by June, and the final handicap are calculated when the whole season is over. Member need to upload at least 10 rounds of scores to qualify for this award.
获奖球员必须积极参加我们俱乐部组织的各项比赛。球会的网站需要几场比赛才能确定球手的差点。开始成绩在６月份确认，最终的成绩由本年度最后的成绩决定。球员至少要上传10次成绩才能获得此个奖项。
Best Attendance Award（最佳出勤奖）:
The Best attendance will be awarded to the member who attended the most tournaments and weekday or weekend social games.
